Hi, I’m Kimiya Kitani, a member of WordCamp Kansai 2016.<\/p>\n

Today, I’m glad to be able to introduce the second story for the 3D Wapuu!
\nKassy-san, a member of WordCamp Kansai 2016, is the 3D Wapuu’s creator of WordCamp Kansai 2016. And then, he started the serialized report at this site.<\/p>\n

The third theme is “Nightmare printing error! And then…”.<\/p>\n

The first story is Advent of 3D Wapuu!<\/a>
\nThe second story is Let’s challenge to print the 3D Wapuu to the 3D Printer!<\/a><\/p>\n

I would like to introduce the third story<\/a> in English.<\/p>\n

Hi, I’m Kassy, a member of WordCamp Kansai 2016.<\/p>\n

I’m glad to post the thrid story of the 3D Wapuu.<\/p>\n

The first trial is successful, but its quality is not so hot because it’s not so artistic and a bottom part came out of it \ud83d\ude41 Thus, let’s try again in the laid state!<\/p>\n

Then, the configuration data was updated.<\/p>\n

Concretely, the eyes has been changed to make quite large.<\/p>\n

It’s OK, so let’s try to print out again!<\/p>\n

But, there was no way of knowing that it was beginning of the nightmare regarding printing error \ud83d\ude41<\/p>\n

Try Again and Again!<\/h2>\n

Wheeen\u2026 Wheeen \u2026 Pip Pip Pip \u2026.

After a while, I noticed a failure.<\/p>\n

The 3D Printer stopped to squirt the 3D Printer Resin out of a nozzle.
\nI tried again many times, but it stopped \ud83d\ude41 What’s happened!?<\/p>\n

The something of figuration like Mickey Mouse instead of Wapuu was created (\u00b4\uff1b\u03c9\uff1b`)
\nOh, no! the cause is a bottom part came away?

I tried again and again, but the printing error was occured beyond 90% \uff3f|\uffe3|\u25cb
\nWhy? There were many same cases on web sites.<\/p>\n

According to the information, it’s necessary to clean up the dust on the delivery gear or the 3D Printer Extruder.<\/p>\n

Ummm. I tried to dismantle the delivery gear or the 3D Printer Extruder.

I cleaned up the dust.<\/p>\n

And then, I tried to print it again! Oh! It’s late at night, so I came back home to believe the machine.<\/p>\n

Next Day<\/h2>\n

I saw the printing result on the morning\u2026.

It’s successful!!! Yay!

Wow! The logo’s printing is sucessful, too!!!

3D Wappu shouldered Mickey Mouse in a back \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\nI removed it.<\/p>\n

Yay! I could print 3D Wapuu!<\/p>\n

After that, the cause of the printing errors is that some parts had deteriorated.
\nIt worked smoothly after the parts were changed.<\/p>\n

I would like to say, “The 3D printer is no problem because the cause is that the some parts had deteriorated”.<\/p>\n

The 3D Wapuu could print out regardless of various error.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Fight to complete the 3D Wapuu wasn’t the end yet\u2026.<\/p>\n
